Hello! Hola! Bonjour! Shalom! Nî hâo! Salve! Wake up and don’t let the sunlight ruin your morning! Brush those teeth and grab a cup of tea or coffee and eat some breakfast! Even if it is a poptart LOL!


I want to assign all of my subscribers or “viewers” a self cleansing exercise and submit your assignment through email or my website inbox.


Self-Cleansing Excercise:

Write down all of these on one piece of paper:


1. Describe your current life in 3 words

2. Describe your past life in 3 words.

3. Write a sentence about your worst memory.

4. Write a sentence about your best memory.

5. Pick one person you will never forgive. 6. Pick one person you had to forgive.

7. Ask yourself, who you are and how your life will be within the next year or two? 8. Take that piece of paper and hold it to your chest.

9. Lift the paper from your chest and kiss it and hold it up to the sky.

10. Take that paper and place it in a special place where you can read it again when you feel down about anything. 11. Do not forget about the paper.
